Michael Bositisch, CGA, Business Advisor

Michael is our Business Finance expert. He is a graduate of the Certified General Accountants program with proven entrepreneurial leadership skills in a variety of business environments. He has extensive experience with business start-ups, development, administration and long term strategic management.

Michael's career began in the hospitality industry first in the Middle East and then Europe. He was trained in Switzerland's Hotel Management School Les Roches and worked within the food and beverage aspect of the hotel industry. He moved to Canada in 1989 where his focus shifted from food and beverage to financial management. His first role was as accounting Manager of an extended stay property for Pacific Palisades. He went on to become Comptroller for the Cambie Hotel Group's Swordfish Management - comprised of three holding companies, six operating companies - handling hostels, pubs and restaurants.

In 1993, Michael started Misam Canada Consulting Inc., specializing in business start-ups. He has acted as Senior Project Accountant for a large company with 50 international subsidiaries in the environmental and manufacturing industries and a balance sheet of $500 million. In 1999, he began a second business venture, Camelot Dog Daycare and Spa - an exclusive dog daycare offering boutique daycare, grooming and pampering services for dogs. Services center on the canine customer! Camelot offers cageless spa treatments including pre-warmed towels, bathrobes, pedicures, aromatherapy and massage - all designed to eliminate stress! Camelot was recently rated "the world's leading dog suite" by the Travel Channel and Park Hill Entertainment.
